…at the gym again – posting while biking 😉
Today is the beginning of week 5 on my journey to wellness. I have increased my circuit training from 3 rounds to 4, and have started increasing weight for exercises that are becoming easier. I feel great. I really do feel great! I may be a bit sore…but it is a good sore!
I would not have increased my workload without my workout partner! She has pushed me to challenge myself more, and it is working! Things are going great!
